Drini FM provides reliable, local property oversight for holiday lets and absentee owners, with a focus on rural and remote properties where dependable support really matters.

Our service provides regular inspections, written reports, seasonal checks and responsive, local attendance, helping owners maintain their property and address issues early, before they escalate. A typical monthly visit includes a full internal and external check, key utility check, photo documentation where appropriate, and a concise written report.

In practice, our facilities management service is about regular oversight, clear reporting, and early identification of issues - allowing owners to make informed decisions before problems escalate.

 

Our Approach to Pricing:

Every property is different. Location, access, occupancy levels and exposure to weather all affect the level of support required. For that reason, the prices below are indicative starting points. Final quotes are tailored to the individual property and confirmed following an initial discussion or site visit.

Facilities Management Packages:

 

Basic Care - from £45 per month

  • Monthly visual inspection
  • Written condition report
  • Identification and reporting of issues or concerns
  • Discounts across our range of services


Suitable for lightly used or owner-occupied properties.

 

Standard Care - from £75 per month

Includes all Basic Care services, plus:

  • Free Property Overview and Onboarding Assessment (see below)
  • Compliance checks (alarms, basic records)
  • Storm and winter checks (as required)
     

Suitable for regularly let holiday properties and absentee owners.

 

Full Care - from £120 per month

Includes all Standard Care services, plus:

  • Guest Emergency Attendance*
  • More frequent inspections where appropriate•
  • Enhanced reporting and communication

Suitable for frequently let or remote properties requiring comprehensive oversight.

If you’re unsure which level of support is right for your property, we’re happy to discuss your situation and recommend a suitable option. We are fully insured and we do not require you to enter into a lengthy contract. 

*Guest Emergency Attendance is limited to lock-outs, welfare checks, and basic troubleshooting for power, heating, water or WiFi issues.
It does not include repairs, trade services, or ongoing fault resolution.

• Property Overview & Onboarding Assessment

The Property Overview & Onboarding Assessment is a one-off service designed to help both the property  owner and Drini FM understand the property at the outset of a working relationship. It provides a structured overview of the property,its systems, known risks and owner expectations, and creates a clear baseline record before any ongoing services begin. The assessment can either be carried out remotely (by phone) or in person, depending on on the owners preference.

  • Basic property details and usage
  • Access arrangements and any known access challenges
  • High-level overview
  • Owner-confirmed safety and compliance information (e.g. alarms, records held)
  • Known issues, recurring problems, or weather-related vulnerabilities
  • Guest considerations (where applicable)
  • Areas recommended for monitoring or follow up

All information is documented in a written onboarding record, which is shared with the client for reference. Should you go on to sign up for a Standard, or Full package, the cost of the assessment will be deducted from your first monthly bill.

Services are advisory and non-trade in nature, focusing on preventative care and coordination rather than repairs and certification. Where appropriate, we can suggest other services or local trades. Any work carried out by third parties is contracted directly with them and remains their responsibility.
