Do you offer full property or booking management?
No. We focus on property inspections and local support rather than bookings or guest communications.
Are you available 24/7?
We provide emergency attendance when required, but do not operate a 24/7 on-demand service. Emergency attendance relates to urgent issues affecting safety, access, or essential services. Emergency attendance does not include ongoing fault resolution or trade repairs.
Can I choose which services I need?
Yes. Services and packages are tailored to the individual property and owner requirements, within the scope of what we offer.
Do you carry out repairs or trade work?
No, we do not provide trade services. Where appropriate, we can suggest other services or trusted local trades. Any work carried out by third parties is contracted directly with them and remains their responsibility.
Is cleaning available without facilities management?
Yes, however, cleaning and laundry services are prioritised for properties under active facilities management and are subject to availability.
How do you price your services?
Pricing is indicative and based on property size, location, and usage. Quotes are always confirmed in advance, with no work carried out without agreement.
Are you insured?
Yes, Drini FM holds Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and legal expenses cover. Evidence can be produced upon request.
How many properties do you manage?
We deliberately limit the number of properties we support to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
Do you work with second homes as well as holiday lets?
Yes. We support both holiday lets and privately owned second homes, particularly those that are remote or not occupied year-round.
